Job Description
The Senior Journalist will coordinate editorial planning for Africa‑regional journalism, linking production hubs, language services and the World Service. You will set editorial priorities, commission content, and ensure stories are effectively shared across platforms and audiences. Strong editorial judgement and the ability to anticipate news cycles are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Experienced senior journalist with strong editorial judgement
- • Ability to anticipate news agendas and coordinate multi‑platform planning
- • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
- • Proven experience in managing editorial workflows across regions and languages
