Job Description
The Senior Learning & Development Officer will design and implement learning strategies for a youth skilling project, focusing on employability and soft‑skill training for young women, refugees and persons with disabilities. The role involves conducting needs assessments, creating curriculum, coordinating delivery, and tracking learning outcomes. Collaboration with project stakeholders ensures inclusive and effective training interventions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes for youth or community projects
- • Strong understanding of inclusive training methods for marginalized groups
- • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and monitor results
- • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills
