Job Description
Provides comprehensive legal support for investment transactions, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts while advising business units on risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- • Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.
- • Advise on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
- • Conduct legal due diligence on prospective deals and partnerships.
- • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal corporate governance policies.
- • Support board and committee processes and maintain statutory registers.
- • Liaise with external counsel, regulators and other stakeholders.
- • Perform legal research and issue opinions on emerging legal issues.
