The Senior Legal professional leads complex dispute resolution and employment law matters for the firm. They provide strategic advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage litigation across commercial and advisory domains. The role requires overseeing junior lawyers and delivering high‑quality legal solutions to clients. A law degree, bar admission, and senior‑level experience are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Law degree from an accredited university and bar admission
- • Minimum 7 years experience in dispute resolution and employment law
- • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑stakes litigation and advisory work
- • Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
- • Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
