Job Description
The Senior Legal Officer provides comprehensive in‑house legal support to Mogo Auto Limited, focusing on litigation management, contract oversight and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector. The role advises internal stakeholders, mentors junior lawyers and ensures the company’s operations adhere to applicable laws. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Law, such as a Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, regulatory and litigation matters, preferably in financial services
- • Proven ability to interpret complex legal frameworks
