Job Description
The Senior Manager – Credit Analysis will lead the credit risk function at Sidian Bank, overseeing credit assessments, portfolio monitoring, and policy development. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures high‑quality credit proposals and compliance with risk standards across the bank’s lending activities. The manager also mentors a team of analysts and collaborates with relationship managers to manage covenant compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- MBA or MSc preferred
- • Minimum ten years of experience in credit risk analysis, structuring, and portfolio management
- • Proven expertise in banking credit policies, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment
- • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Supervise and mentor credit analysts to produce high‑quality credit proposals
- • Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for new and existing business proposals
- • Prepare detailed credit reports and present recommendations to approval committees
- • Monitor ongoing covenant compliance and manage risk mitigation actions
- • Develop and update credit analysis policies, guidelines, and risk frameworks
- • Coordinate with relationship and branch managers to ensure adherence to credit terms
