Job Description
The Senior Manager, Credit & Analytics will lead the development and implementation of credit risk strategies and analytical frameworks to support M‑KOPA Solar’s financing operations. The role involves overseeing a team of analysts, designing predictive models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with product, finance, and operations teams is essential to drive data‑informed decisions and improve portfolio performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis, financial modeling, or analytics
- • Proven leadership experience managing analytical teams
- • Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
