Job Description
The Senior Manager will lead the credit analytics function, designing and refining scoring models that guide lending decisions. They will oversee data-driven risk assessments, collaborate with product and operations teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves mentoring analysts and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- • Proven experience in credit risk analysis or analytics, preferably in a fintech environment
- • Strong quantitative and statistical modeling skills
- • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python or R
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
