Job Description
The Senior Manager, Data Systems will own the configuration, implementation and continuous improvement of TREES’ Salesforce environment. The role blends hands‑on Salesforce administration with project management, gathering requirements from program teams and delivering tailored solutions. Collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders ensures data integrity and user adoption across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or HND/Diploma in Business, IT or related field
- professional certification preferred
- • 5–7 years experience as a Salesforce administrator or similar role
- • Strong project management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities
- • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations
- • Excellent problem‑solving and documentation skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Salesforce platform
- • Gather business requirements from program, fundraising and monitoring teams
- • Design, configure and test solutions to meet identified needs
- • Coordinate deployments, user acceptance testing and documentation
- • Work with external Salesforce consultants to implement custom developments
- • Provide training and support to end‑users to drive adoption
- • Monitor system performance and implement best‑practice improvements
