Job Description
The Senior Manager will lead fulfilment centre operations, developing strategies to meet operational targets and customer satisfaction while optimizing costs. Responsibilities cover warehouse and logistics coordination, order processing, inventory accuracy, KPI management, and cross‑functional collaboration. The position requires at least ten years of fulfilment or supply‑chain leadership experience and a bachelor's degree. The role is remote.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- • Minimum ten years of experience in fulfilment operations or supply‑chain leadership, preferably in e‑commerce.
- • Proven track record of leading large‑scale warehouse and logistics teams.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement fulfilment centre strategies to achieve operational targets and high customer satisfaction.
- • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics leaders to streamline order processing, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- • Establish and monitor KPIs, service‑level agreements, productivity targets, and operational standards.
- • Drive cost‑optimization initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- • Identify operational gaps and implement automation and best‑practice solutions.
- • Provide strategic direction and coaching to operational leaders, building a high‑performing team.
- • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketplace, Finance, and other departments to resolve operational challenges.
- • Analyse operational data and produce actionable recommendations for decision‑making.
- • Plan capacity to accommodate growth and peak‑season demand.
