Job Description
The Senior Manager will oversee the fulfilment centre operations at Kilimall, ensuring efficient warehousing, order processing and delivery performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing processes and maintaining key performance indicators. The role requires strong logistics expertise and leadership experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- • Minimum 4 years experience managing warehouse or fulfilment operations
- • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive process improvements
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Supervise daily operations of the fulfilment centre, including receiving, storage and dispatch
- • Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and performance management
- • Optimize inventory management and order processing workflows to improve efficiency
- • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time and cost per order
- • Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are consistently met
