Job Description
The Senior Manager leads the Global Procurement function for corporate and professional services, overseeing categories such as travel, translation, insurance, cash, financial and HR services. The role sets procurement strategy, manages vendor relationships and ensures compliance with organizational policies while driving cost efficiencies. This position reports to senior leadership and collaborates across departments to support the organization’s mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the nonprofit or humanitarian sector
- • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor management
- • Strong analytical, financial and risk‑assessment skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities
- • Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
