Job Description
The Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Corporate and Professional Services will provide strategic leadership for categories such as travel, translation, insurance, cash and HR services. The role shapes sourcing strategies, negotiates high‑value agreements and builds supplier ecosystems to improve value, quality and risk management across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred
- • Minimum of 7 years experience in procurement, preferably in NGOs or nonprofit environments
- • Direct category experience in travel, insurance, HR/BPO or language services
- • Familiarity with donor compliance frameworks and procurement regulations
- • Strong strategic and commercial thinking with proven negotiation skills
- • Ability to present complex issues and recommendations clearly

Responsibilities
- • Own and execute multi‑year category strategies for travel, translation, insurance, cash and HR services
- • Translate business demand into sourcing strategies and competitive market analyses
- • Negotiate high‑value agreements and manage supplier relationships
- • Build and maintain supplier ecosystems that enhance value, service quality and risk mitigation
- • Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance and country programmes to align procurement activities
- • Monitor spend, demand and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
