Job Description
The Senior Microsoft AI Engineer will design and implement advanced AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Foundry, and Power Automate for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include building machine‑learning models, integrating AI capabilities into business workflows, and leading technical architecture decisions. The role requires deep expertise in Azure AI services and the ability to mentor junior engineers. This full‑time remote position offers startup‑aligned compensation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
- • Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform and Copilot technologies
- • Strong programming skills in Python, C# or JavaScript
- • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- • Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
