Job Description
Develops and implements comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the bank’s brand presence. Leads advertising campaigns, manages social media channels, and oversees media relations and event activations. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with banking regulations while driving sponsorship and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related business field (CIM qualification preferred)
- • 3–4 years of experience in corporate communications or marketing within the financial sector
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan banking and micro‑finance regulatory frameworks
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- • Design and execute integrated communication and advertising campaigns
- • Manage the bank’s social media platforms and create compelling copy
- • Coordinate media relations, press releases, and event activations
- • Oversee sponsorships and vendor partnerships to support brand objectives
