Job Description
The Senior People Partner collaborates with business leaders to shape workforce decisions such as headcount planning, performance calibration and organisational design, ensuring alignment with commercial outcomes. They manage employee‑relations matters end‑to‑end, applying Kenyan employment law, and support change initiatives including restructuring and process redesign. The role operates within M‑KOPA’s Africa People Partnering team covering Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa, Ghana and global functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent
- • 5–8 years progressive HR/People Partner experience
- • Proven ability to advise business leaders on workforce decisions linked to commercial outcomes
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and experience handling employee‑relations cases end‑to‑end
- • Experience contributing to organisational design, workforce planning or performance frameworks
