Job Description
The Senior Program Officer will partner with stakeholders to lead investments and develop product‑introduction strategies for women’s health products across priority markets. They will manage supply‑chain and procurement aspects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and travel extensively to support program implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business, Development or a related discipline
- • Ten years of experience in program or project management within health or product‑introduction initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Unrestricted work authorization in Kenya and willingness to travel extensively
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead investments and support development of product‑introduction strategies for priority women’s health products
- • Work with partners to manage manufacturing, procurement and supply‑chain aspects of product rollout
- • Develop and execute sustainable market‑entry plans in target geographies
- • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong business partner relationships
- • Monitor program performance, prepare reports and ensure compliance with funder requirements
- • Travel up to 40 % of the time to field sites and occasionally to headquarters
