Job Description
The Senior Proposals Advisor will lead the development of bids and proposals for complex projects, ensuring compliance and competitive pricing. Responsibilities include drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating cross‑functional teams such as engineering, legal, and finance. The role demands strong communication, analytical ability, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of experience in proposals and tendering.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in proposals, commercial tendering, and contract negotiation
- • Proven ability to develop high‑quality proposals and manage complex sales cycles
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project
- • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and write proposals and bids in response to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs
- • Negotiate with customers to ensure proposals deliver shareholder value and competitive pricing
- • Compile and submit all required tender documentation within deadlines
- • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, legal, risk, and finance to produce comprehensive proposals
- • Conduct technical, economic, logistical, and financial analysis to support proposal development
- • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
