Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager will drive growth within the Infrastructure & Energy segment by managing a portfolio of corporate clients, structuring credit facilities and cross‑selling banking products. The role involves executing the segment strategy, preparing credit proposals and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- • Minimum seven years experience in banking, credit analysis or relationship management
- • Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure and energy financing
- • Strong financial modelling and credit assessment skills
- • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities
- • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Implement the Infrastructure & Energy segment portfolio strategy aligned with group objectives
- • Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the sector
- • Structure and negotiate credit facilities and related banking products
- • Cross‑sell additional services to existing and new clients
- • Prepare high‑quality credit proposals in compliance with policy guidelines
- • Monitor portfolio performance to stay within NPL and PAR limits
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key regional customers and stakeholders
- • Coordinate with product, bancassurance and capital teams to deliver integrated solutions
