Job Description
The Senior Relationship Officer – Bancassurance will drive acquisition and growth of bancassurance products across retail life, pensions and non‑life lines, working closely with branch teams to match customer needs with appropriate coverage. The role includes training staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting portfolio income targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in a relevant field
- • 2–3 years experience in bancassurance, insurance, or banking sales
- • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and business communication skills
- • Ability to write reports and make sound decisions

- • Acquire and grow bancassurance and bank business for retail life, pensions, and non‑life products
- • Profile bank customers, assess insurance needs, and place appropriate coverage
- • Meet portfolio growth and income targets for retail life products
- • Train branch staff on insurance products, onboarding, and claims processes
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards
- • Collaborate with cluster branches to drive sales across all product lines
