Job Description
The Senior Relationship Officer – High Net‑Worth Individuals will manage a portfolio of affluent clients, driving sales of banking products while ensuring exceptional service and relationship depth. Responsibilities include developing business plans, cross‑selling, overseeing branch performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential to grow wallet share and meet targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in retail or commercial banking, preferably with high‑net‑worth clientele
- • Strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory framework, and sales techniques

- • Manage relationships with high‑net‑worth clients to achieve sales targets and increase wallet share
- • Cross‑sell and upsell banking products and services tailored to client needs
- • Contribute to branch strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- • Lead marketing and brand management activities for the branch
- • Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Kenya regulations and internal risk policies
- • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to branch staff
- • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
