Job Description
The Senior Research Associate leads market‑intelligence studies, managing workflow, coordinating partners and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality research outputs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher (MBA/MSc/MA)
- • 5–7 years experience in data, business analysis or market research
- • Strong analytical and writing skills
- • Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate assigned market‑intelligence studies, managing day‑to‑day activities across multiple projects
- • Maintain workplans, trackers, milestones and deliverable schedules
- • Identify implementation risks or delays and raise issues for resolution
- • Oversee questionnaire development, partner engagement, procurement and survey programming
- • Manage field implementation, data handover and documentation
- • Support preparation of implementation plans, budgets, terms of reference and scopes of work
- • Ensure organized study documentation and communication of key decisions
