Job Description
The Senior Servicing Officer will manage servicing operations for life insurance products, ensuring timely processing of policy changes, claims and customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with underwriting, claims and sales teams to maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of a positive customer experience. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and relevant regulations is essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field
- • Minimum three to five years of experience in life insurance servicing or operations
- • Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency with insurance administration systems and Microsoft Office
