Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers AMI’s digital learning platform and coach‑bot services across Africa. The role involves extending existing systems, ensuring scalability, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- • Design and implement new features for the digital learning platform and coach‑bot services
- • Refactor and extend existing codebases to improve performance and scalability
- • Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers
- • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing and adherence to best practices
- • Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions
