Job Description
The senior software engineer will own the technical direction of a product area, leading a small team while remaining hands‑on in development. Responsibilities include defining architecture, writing design documentation, breaking down work and conducting code reviews. The role balances building features (≈70 % of time) with mentoring and guiding engineers (≈30 %).
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Computer Science or a related field
- • Minimum 7 years software development experience
- • At least 2 years experience leading a development team
- • Strong knowledge of MVC, ORM and RESTful APIs
- • Experience with relational and non‑relational databases, cloud and container platforms
- • Excellent communication and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
