Job Description
The Senior Statistical Programmer leads the development, validation and implementation of statistical programs for clinical trials, ensuring high‑quality data analysis for IQVIA’s FSP projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- • Extensive experience (5+ years) in statistical programming for clinical research.
- • Proficiency in SAS and familiarity with other analytical languages.
- • Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory guidelines.
- • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- • Design, code and validate statistical programs using SAS, R or Python for clinical trial datasets.
- • Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers and project teams to define analysis requirements.
- • Perform data manipulation, generate tables, listings and figures for regulatory submissions.
- • Conduct program reviews, troubleshooting and optimization to meet project timelines.
- • Document programming logic, validation results and maintain version control.
- • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior programmers.
