The Senior Supply Chain Management Officer supports procurement activities by preparing tender documents, providing secretariat services for evaluation committees, and managing store operations across the university campuses. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related discipline
- • Minimum 6 years experience in procurement or supply chain functions
- • Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement regulations
- • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Assist the Procurement Officer in preparing tender documents
- • Provide secretariat support for tender opening and evaluation committees
- • Prepare periodic procurement reports and handle stakeholder queries
- • Conduct market research and surveys of goods and services
- • Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications
- • Ensure safe custody, issuance and disposal of stores and surplus items
