Job Description
The Senior Treasury Accountant leads the finance team, manages multi‑bank liquidity structures, and safeguards corporate cash flow for Crystal Africa Cleaning Service. Responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, monitoring weekly cash positions, executing fund transfers, and ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements. The role also supports capital preservation and yield management across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- • CPA‑K or ACCA membership in good standing.
- • Significant experience in treasury, cash management, and financial reporting.
- • Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit processes.

Responsibilities
- • Supervise the daily output and accuracy of billing, general ledger, and reconciliation specialists.
- • Manage a multi‑bank structure to segregate capital and oversee fund flows between revenue, operational, and reserve accounts.
- • Monitor weekly cash positions and execute scheduled transfers into corporate reserve and interest‑bearing accounts.
- • Preserve capital and manage yield by optimizing liquidity utilization.
- • Ensure zero‑penalty statutory filings and maintain audit‑ready financial records.
- • Oversee compliance with internal controls, donor requirements, and grant‑funding regulations.
- • Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management.
- • Coordinate with operational units to validate field‑data reconciliations before fund disbursement.
