Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, commissioning and maintaining a range of liquid filling and labeling equipment at client sites. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical and software issues, providing timely on‑site repairs, and delivering training to customers on proper operation. The engineer works closely with the sales team to offer technical support and ensures accurate service records while complying with safety standards. Frequent travel to customer locations and a valid driver’s licence are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- • Prior experience as a Service Engineer working with liquid filling and labeling machines.
- • Strong technical knowledge of FFS, water filling, linear liquid filling, labeling, coding machines (CIJ, TIJ, laser) and multihead weighers.
- • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and software issues.
- • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Willingness to travel frequently for on‑site service.
- • Valid driver’s licence.

- • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues promptly.
- • Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of machines.
- • Liaise with the sales team to provide technical support and guidance.
- • Maintain accurate records of service visits, machine performance and spare parts inventory.
- • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and policies.
- • Respond to emergency service requests and perform on‑site repairs as needed.
