Job Description
The ServiceNow Developer will support the IRC’s ServiceNow platform through configuration, maintenance, reporting, testing and end‑user support, ensuring platform stability and optimal user experience. Working under the Senior System Administrator, the role collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience developing and supporting ServiceNow platforms
- • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflow design and scripting
- • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management procedures
- • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for ServiceNow incidents and requests
- • Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and catalogs
- • Develop and update reports, dashboards and technical documentation
- • Perform testing, including regression and Automated Test Framework validation
- • Collaborate with IT teams, product owners and users to gather requirements and implement solutions
- • Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- • Follow ITIL change management and release processes to ensure platform compliance
