Job Description
The SHE Supervisor at NFT Consult leads the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental management systems within the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include preparing SOPs, delivering training, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and Aspen standards. The supervisor also coordinates incident investigations and oversees service‑provider performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification in environmental health, safety, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in SHE management within a manufacturing environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop, edit, and format SHE documents such as standard operating procedures
- • Deliver SHE induction and ongoing training sessions to staff
- • Conduct daily safety inspections and generate reports with corrective action plans
- • Participate in internal audits, monitor CAPA follow‑ups, and report on overdue actions
- • Ensure compliance with Aspen and ISO health, safety, and environmental standards
- • Coordinate the preparation of the SHE activity calendar and regulatory self‑assessment schedule
- • Investigate incidents, track action‑plan implementation, and report findings
- • Supervise external service providers and ensure timely submission of compliance reports
