Job Description
The Shop Attendant will provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, handling transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong communication, basic math and relationship‑building skills are essential for success. The role requires a diploma‑level education and at least one year of retail sales experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma (or equivalent) with KCSE/First School Leaving Certificate
- • Minimum 1 year of retail sales or sales‑representative experience
- • Knowledge of retail sales processes and consumer‑behavior principles
- • Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures and basic math skills
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
