Job Description
The Site Foreman oversees daily construction activities on site, ensuring work complies with plans, standards and safety regulations. He/she coordinates subcontractors, manages the workforce, and monitors progress against schedules. The role requires strong leadership and technical knowledge of building codes, as well as effective communication with engineers and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- • Minimum 10 years of hands‑on construction experience
- • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities
- • Strong technical and communication skills
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan building codes and construction standards

- • Supervise daily construction operations and ensure work follows approved plans and specifications
- • Enforce safety standards and local building code compliance on the site
- • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel to maintain project schedule
- • Monitor progress, quality, and resource utilization, reporting any issues to senior management
- • Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and inspection documentation
