Job Description
The Site Foreman will supervise construction activities at CJs' Restaurants, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating trades, monitoring safety compliance, and reporting progress to management. The role requires solid experience in site management and strong leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a site foreman or supervisor
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes and safety standards
- • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and schedules
- • Effective communication, problem‑solving and team‑leadership skills
