Job Description
The Site Manager will provide overall leadership for the Tusker production site, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable manufacturing of beer and related brands. They will drive operational excellence, manage large teams, oversee asset reliability and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, cost and sustainability targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- • MBA, MSc or MA preferred
- • Ten years of senior manufacturing experience leading large operations
- • Proven track record in budget management, productivity programmes and capital investment
- • Strong technical knowledge of industry‑standard systems and asset‑care practices

- • Lead overall site performance and deliver business objectives through strategic planning and operational excellence
- • Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable production of beer, RTDs, ciders and ready‑to‑serve brands
- • Ensure compliance with food‑safety, quality, health, safety and environmental standards
- • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and champion world‑class asset‑care management
- • Oversee capital investment projects, maintenance excellence and reliability programmes
- • Foster a high‑performance culture through people leadership, capability development and employee engagement
- • Monitor and achieve safety, quality, cost, service and sustainability targets
