The Site Operations Supervisor oversees daily logistics activities at the site, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance and timely delivery of services. The supervisor manages staff, coordinates with clients and monitors performance metrics to maintain high operational standards. This role is pivotal to Africa Global Logistics’ service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- • At least 3 years of experience in site or warehouse operations supervision
- • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- • Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement
- • Good communication and customer service orientation

- • Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate logistics activities
- • Manage and coach a team of operational staff, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations
- • Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements
- • Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve issues and maintain service quality
- • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
