Job Description
The Social Media & Content Officer creates and schedules engaging digital content across multiple platforms, while managing community interactions and paid advertising campaigns. The role develops strategic social media plans, monitors brand reputation, and analyzes performance metrics to drive audience growth and lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design high‑converting digital ads, graphics, and visual assets for various platforms
- • Produce short‑form video content aligned with brand voice and current trends
- • Maintain active presence on Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and company websites
- • Monitor channels daily, responding promptly to comments, messages and inquiries
- • Track social media mentions and industry conversations to manage brand reputation
- • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies supporting business objectives
- • Plan and maintain a centralized content publishing calendar
- • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads
- • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance and key metrics
