Job Description
The Social Media Executive will craft and execute strategies to grow the brand’s online presence across Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and other channels. Responsibilities include creating multimedia content, engaging with audiences, managing campaigns, and reporting on performance metrics. The role supports consistent branding and offers the chance to work within a faith‑based media environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • Demonstrated passion for Christian values and mission
- • Ability to create compelling visual and written content
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube
- • Shoot and edit photos and videos, and create graphics and other multimedia content in collaboration with producers
- • Respond to comments, messages, and questions, encouraging audience participation
- • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns that drive awareness and traffic
- • Track performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach, clicks, conversions) and prepare daily and weekly insight reports
- • Stay current with social media trends and propose new content and engagement ideas
- • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- • Perform other duties as assigned
