Job Description
The Social Worker will supervise residents and their infants, provide counseling and support, and coordinate essential services. Responsibilities include conducting home and school visits, preparing progress reports, and building partnerships with schools and health facilities. The role also involves teaching life‑skills, managing appointments, and maintaining confidential case records. Strong organizational and communication abilities are required to work effectively with diverse teenage groups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development or a related field
- • Minimum 3–5 years experience in social work
- • Strong understanding of social work principles and ethics
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal and report‑writing skills
- • Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities
- • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, especially teenage girls
