Job Description
The Solids Control Supervisor oversees the operation and maintenance of solids‑control equipment used in drilling projects, ensuring optimal performance and strict adherence to health‑and‑safety standards. They lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily activities, and implement preventive‑maintenance programs. The role requires solid technical knowledge of filtration and separation processes together with strong leadership and reporting abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in solids‑control or drilling operations
- • Proven leadership and team‑management skills
- • Strong understanding of health‑and‑safety standards
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
