Job Description
The Solution Architect will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions, translating customer requirements into detailed technical offerings and proposals. You will configure and deploy CS Core and IMS products, conduct system testing, and collaborate with partners to improve delivery processes. The role also involves maintaining solution documentation, providing feedback to R&D, and sharing technology insights to build customer competence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline (BA/BSc/HND acceptable)
- • 5–10 years of relevant experience delivering and implementing cloud infrastructure or software virtualization solutions
- • Proven experience with Ericsson Communication Services (CS Core, IMS) portfolio
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with solid business acumen
- • Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt to change
- • Results‑driven with strong planning and organizing capabilities
- • Additional programming skills are a plus
