Job Description
The Solutions Architect designs and delivers technical solutions that meet business needs, acting as the lead architect for major system projects. They evaluate functional and non‑functional requirements, guide development teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and cloud technologies. The role also involves stakeholder communication and translating business objectives into scalable architectures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- • Professional certification such as CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation or Design Thinking
- • Minimum 3 years experience in software development, including databases, applications, infrastructure and cloud technologies
- • Proven experience with software development lifecycle management using waterfall, Agile or hybrid methodologies
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex projects within the financial services sector
- • Strong communication and influencing skills in ambiguous environments
- • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile working and CI/CD pipelines
