Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field
- • Proven experience in a five‑star hotel or luxury spa setting
- • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- • Welcome guests, check‑in and ensure a warm, personalized spa experience
- • Manage spa reservations, phone inquiries, walk‑ins and therapist schedules efficiently
- • Provide accurate information on treatments, products, packages and promotions
- • Process payments and maintain confidential client records
- • Promote spa services and upsell packages to in‑house guests and conference delegates
- • Keep reception, treatment and lounge areas clean, organized and inviting
- • Collaborate with hotel departments to generate internal referrals and increase bookings
- • Support spa marketing initiatives, events and promotional activities
- • Encourage guest retention through re‑booking, treatment recommendations and personalized service
- • Record guest feedback and prepare daily operational and sales reports
