Job Description
The Spares Warehouse Coordinator manages spare‑parts inventory, stock control and inbound logistics for an automotive organisation. They ensure accurate records, resolve discrepancies and coordinate container inwarding activities. The role supports efficient warehouse operations and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Professional Certificate in logistics, supply chain or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the automotive sector
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Oversee and maintain accurate spare‑parts inventory management processes
- • Conduct stock control, cycle counts and timely replenishment to support operations
- • Prepare, analyse and submit daily warehouse, inventory and operational reports
- • Resolve inventory discrepancies, operational bottlenecks and supplier issues promptly
- • Coordinate all container inwarding activities, including receipt, off‑loading and inspection
- • Manage inbound shipments, material flow and dispatch activities
- • Ensure proper handling of parts to maintain condition and quality
- • Liaise with suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders to optimise stock levels
- • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
- • Maintain organized records of labour, materials, equipment and site activities
