Job Description
The Speed Super User serves as the primary expert for the SPEED system within the coffee warehouse, ensuring accurate data entry, system compliance and uninterrupted operations. They train warehouse staff, monitor data integrity, troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience working with warehouse management systems, preferably SPEED
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data validation
- • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
- • Good communication and training abilities
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- further technical certification is a plus
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide day‑to‑day support and expertise on the SPEED warehouse management system
- • Train and coach warehouse staff on proper system usage and data entry procedures
- • Monitor data integrity and generate reports to ensure operational accuracy
- • Resolve system‑related issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
- • Develop and enforce user compliance standards and best practices
- • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement system enhancements
- • Conduct regular audits of system transactions and recommend process improvements
