Job Description
The Station Manager will oversee daily operations of a fuel station, ensuring efficient inventory control, staff performance and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing sales, supervising personnel, and maintaining equipment. Strong leadership and at least three years of station management experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
- • Minimum 3+ years of station management experience.
- • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
