Job Description
The stock analyst monitors inventory levels, forecasts demand, and provides data‑driven insights to optimise stock across the retail network. Key duties involve analysing sales trends, preparing reports, planning pre‑plenishment, and identifying process improvements to reduce costs. The analyst works closely with warehouse staff, inventory managers, and branch teams to ensure alignment with company policies. Candidates need a diploma or degree in supply‑chain related fields and 2–3 years of inventory control experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • 2–3 years of proven experience in inventory control, stock analysis, or related retail/warehouse roles
- • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
