Job Description
The Stocks Controller will manage inventory for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) beverage business, ensuring accurate stock records, timely replenishment, and loss prevention. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with ERP systems, and the ability to produce detailed reconciliation reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree
- • Proven experience in FMCG inventory management
- • Proficiency with ERP software and inventory reporting tools
- • Ability to work in or near Limuru, Kenya
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date stock records in manual or system formats
- • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, or expiries
- • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances
- • Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports to management
- • Implement loss‑prevention measures to safeguard stock against theft or pilferage
