Job Description
The store manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating material availability with procurement and project teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- • 5–10 years experience in store/warehouse management
- • Experience in the meat industry and cold‑chain operations is an advantage
- • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control processes
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage daily receipt, storage, issuance and return of materials
- • Oversee inventory using ERP/inventory management systems and maintain accurate records
- • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability
- • Develop and implement SOPs, workflows and store procedures
- • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, organization and regulatory compliance
- • Lead, train and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff
- • Prepare stock reports, reconciliations and audit documentation
