Job Description
The Store Manager will lead the Apple‑brand store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and meeting financial targets. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, stock, merchandising, visual standards and collaborating with regional teams. Candidates must have completed KCSE and at least five years of leadership experience in a high‑turnover retail environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
- tertiary qualification advantageous
- • Minimum 5 years experience leading large teams in a high‑turnover, complex retail environment
- • Strong leadership and matrix management skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead, mentor and develop the store team to achieve performance goals
- • Ensure the store meets or exceeds unit, financial and developmental targets
- • Maintain deep knowledge of Apple products to deliver a premium customer experience
- • Manage all in‑store operations including staffing, stock, merchandising and customer service
- • Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional and head‑office teams
- • Analyse and report on store performance, trends and customer insights
- • Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation
- • Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement
